You may see Altreno (tretinoin) 0.05% lotion or Seysara (sarecycline) tablets for acne on patients' home med lists.

Altreno (al-TREN-oh) is the first tretinoin lotion. It'll be promoted as "hydrating," since it has collagen and hyaluronic acid.

But there's no evidence Altreno works better than other topical retinoids (Retin-A, etc)...and it costs a lot more.
