Voquezna Dual Pak and Triple Pak will be new Rx combos for H. pylori...an infection in the stomach that can lead to ulcers.

These combo products contain vonoprazan...the first “potassium-competitive acid blocker (PCAB).” Think of vonoprazan as a “fancy” PPI (omeprazole, etc)...it works to reduce acid a bit differently.

On med histories, clarify the product if just “Voquezna” is on a patient’s med list. The Dual Pak has vonoprazan and amoxicillin...the Triple Pak adds clarithromycin.
