Watch for Zelnorm to Return for Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Zelnorm (tegaserod) may show up on home med lists...now that it's back on the market for women with irritable bowel syndrome.

It was taken off the market in 2007...due to reports of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular (CV) problems.

Since then, it's been available on a case-by-case basis from various manufacturers.
