Clorotekal (kloh-roh-TEE-kal, chloroprocaine) will be a new local anesthetic product.
Think of it as similar to Nesacaine.
The difference is that Clorotekal is preservative-free chloroprocaine 1% for intrathecal use. Nesacaine is also chloroprocaine 1%...but it has a preservative and is only for local infiltration or nerve blocks.
