Juluca Is the Latest Once-Daily Combo Med for HIV
Juluca (jah-LOO-kah) will be a new two-drug combo for HIV.
It combines 50 mg of dolutegravir (Tivicay) and 25 mg of rilpivirine (Edurant) in a once-daily tablet.
Expect Juluca to be used for patients who've been on a stable regimen for at least six months...especially if they can't tolerate certain HIV meds or need fewer pills per day.
