Change Ratio Strengths on Bin Labels to mg/mL Concentrations

Product labeling with ratio strengths (1:1000, etc) will get a face-lift to improve safety.

Having a med concentration expressed as a ratio is confusing...and can cause dangerous errors.

For example, accidently dispensing epinephrine 1:1,000 instead of 1:10,000 means the patient will get a ten-fold OVERdose.
