Oral buprenorphine/naloxone combos (Suboxone, etc) are often used to treat opioid dependence...but abuse, misuse, or diversion can be a problem.

Probuphine consists of four small rods placed below the skin in the inner upper arm...much like the contraceptive implant Nexplanon.
