Lookout for Patients on Clopidogrel Plus Repaglinide

You'll hear about a potentially dangerous interaction between clopidogrel (Plavix, etc) and repaglinide (Prandin, etc).

U.S. product labeling doesn't specifically mention it. But it is starting to be flagged by some interaction checkers.

And now Canadian regulators consider this drug combo to be contraindicated.
